Pricing Breakdown Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WashBase pressure washing pricing breakdown service. This is a one-off job pricing help service, not the WashBase CRM. By submitting job details and paying for a breakdown, you agree to these terms.

1. Who this service is for

This service is intended for pressure washing operators and small businesses that want help thinking through one job price. You are responsible for making sure the final quote is suitable for your business, market, customer, and legal obligations.

2. What you receive

For each paid job submission, you receive a pricing breakdown that may include a floor price, recommended price, premium price, minimum price, short reasoning, and customer-ready quote text. Delivery is normally by email or DM using the contact details you provide.

3. Information you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate job details, measurements, photos, travel information, condition notes, minimum prices, target rates, and any other context needed to price the job. If information is missing or unclear, the breakdown may rely on assumptions.

4. Payment and billing

Payments are processed through Tally and Stripe. We do not store your full card details. The price shown at checkout applies to the job breakdown you submit. Each payment covers one job breakdown unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

If the breakdown does not help you make a pricing decision, reply within 7 days and we will refund the $9 payment. Refunds may be sent through Stripe. Any refund rights required by law still apply.

6. No guarantee of outcome

The breakdown is a pricing recommendation, not a guarantee that a customer will accept the quote, that the job will be profitable, or that all costs have been captured. You remain responsible for checking measurements, site conditions, taxes, local requirements, insurance, chemicals, safety, access, and final pricing.

7. Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to share, another person's private information without a proper business reason, or anything intended to interfere with the service.

8. Photos and job content

You keep ownership of the job details and photos you submit. You give us permission to receive, review, store, and use that information as needed to provide the breakdown, support you, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

9. Service changes

This is an early validation service. We may change, pause, or stop the service, adjust pricing, or move parts of the workflow into software later. Paid submissions already accepted will either be delivered or refunded.

10. Intellectual property

WashBase branding, page design, service workflow, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use the breakdown and quote text for your own business, but you may not resell the service output as a competing pricing product.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashBase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, missed jobs, or losses caused by relying on a pricing recommendation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Privacy

Our Pricing Breakdown Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted for this service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you submit a paid job applies to that submission unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.
