Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WashBase, a pressure washing CRM for quotes, follow-ups, customer records, and job management. By creating an account or using WashBase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who these terms are for

WashBase is intended for pressure washing operators and small businesses. You are responsible for making sure the service is suitable for your business, your customers, and your legal obligations.

2. Account access and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

WashBase may offer a trial period before paid billing starts. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the price shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account when available.

4. Pricing, beta pricing, and free accounts

Standard pricing, beta pricing, and any free-forever access are offered at our discretion. Beta pricing or free access may be tied to a specific account and may not be transferable. If your agreed plan or price changes, we will give reasonable notice before the change applies unless the change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the billing area in your account or by contacting us at hello@getwashbase.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancelling does not automatically refund fees already charged, and access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Failed payments and access

If a payment fails, your account may enter a past-due state. We may retry payment, ask you to update your payment method, limit access, or suspend the account until billing is resolved.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@getwashbase.com as soon as possible.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse WashBase, attempt to interfere with the service, access another user's data, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms customers, WashBase, or other users.

9. Your data and customer information

You keep ownership of the customer, quote, job, photo, and business information you add to WashBase. You give us permission to host, process, back up, and display that information as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having any rights or permissions needed to store customer data in WashBase.

10. Estimates, pricing, and business decisions

WashBase helps you create quotes and manage work, but you remain responsible for checking prices, measurements, taxes, terms, customer details, and any decisions made using the service. We are not responsible for lost work, incorrect estimates, missed follow-ups, or business losses caused by how you use the service.

11. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep WashBase reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product develops.

12. Intellectual property

WashBase, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and original features, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing products from the service except where law allows.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, create risk for WashBase or other users, or where we reasonably need to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashBase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, customers, or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using WashBase, you agree that we can process data as described in that policy.

We may use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential analytics cookies are only used where you have accepted them through our cookie banner.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of WashBase after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
