By accessing or using this Pressure Washing CRM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Beta Phase & "As-Is" Status

You acknowledge that the Service is currently in a "Beta" or early-access testing phase. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be free of bugs, interruptions, or data errors.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any business interruptions, loss of customer data, or missed financial opportunities resulting from the use of this software during its development phase.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide honest feedback to help improve the tool for the "Founding 50" community.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Brand Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the customer data and job information you upload. We retain all rights to the CRM’s software, design, and original features.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, during this testing period.
